Our assignment was to guide two million people to a new everyday life. Old behaviors would have to change, and new ones would have to be established. The purpose was to get as many as possible to help decrease the spread of covid 19 and to get vaccinated – in other words, save lives.

The tonality – both in form and text – had to be balanced. It had to communicate in a serious tone, but not intimidate. Be guiding, but not forcing. Also, we had to be where the target group were, be part of their everyday life and use a language they understood. At one point we translated units into 37 different languages.
